Powered by the natural mineral calcium chloride, this product is designed to capture humidity in the air and convert it back to water at the bottom of the container. This purifies the air, balances humidity levels and helps eliminate foul smells.
This product is best used in small spaces that are extremely damp, such as bathrooms, kitchens, storage rooms, closets, pantries and garages.
The product is activated as soon as you peel off the inner wrapper. Depending on the space's dampness, you'll start seeing collected moisture transform into water within 2 weeks. At first, the moisture is absorbed by the white pellets until they start breaking down & water drips to the lower container. If you don't see water collecting after 2 weeks in the container, this generally means there is no excess moisture in the air of the space you have placed the product.
